1. Discovery call (Day 1). We learn about your business, customers, competitors and goals, and check your current website if you have one.

2. Fixed proposal (within 24 hours). You get the sitemap, features, timeline, milestones and a fixed price in writing.

3. Design (first week). We design the home page and one inner page first. You review on your phone and laptop and we refine until you are happy (up to three rounds in the Pro package).

4. Development and content. We build every page, add your content (or write it for you), and connect forms, WhatsApp, Maps and Analytics. You follow progress on a dedicated WhatsApp group.

5. Testing and launch. We test speed, mobile layouts, forms and SEO basics, then launch and submit your sitemap to Google.

6. Support and growth. Thirty days of free fixes, then optional maintenance (AMC from ₹8,000 a year), SEO and marketing to keep the leads coming.
